What’s your return policy?
We only offer returns or exchanges if there was something wrong with your order. If there was any issue with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add clear photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you for free.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges due to size/color differences. We're hoping to change this in the future once we have more inventory, but at this time each product is printed one-at-a-time just for you after your order.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If it says "Small" but looks more like a Large, please let
us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and show measurements in the photos to prove it's the wrong size, and we’ll send you a new one for free, or issue a
